Arbonne Protein Cookies

Do you ever need a sweet treat after lunch or dinner?  I know I do!  I had been eating rice cakes with sunflower butter, which is delicious, but I wanted something more.  These protein cookies are Ahhmazing!! Enjoy with a mock latte for a late afternoon or after dinner treat and you’ll add to your protein consumption for the day!

Chocolate Sunflower Protein Cookies

2 Tablespoons Arbonne Chocolate Protein

1c Sunflower butter (again, you can use almond butter)

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients and roll into balls.  Press down with a fork to shape.  Bake at 350* for 10-15 minutes.  Let cool before removing.  Enjoy!
