Monday: grilled chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, green beans
Tuesday: Fend for yourself (I’m going to a concert with my niece! Will probably have half a cheesesteak)
Wednesday: meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn
Thursday: chicken tacos with rice
Friday: Maybe rotisserie chicken??
What’s in your menu this week? I need to add something new and exciting next week. Something easy for after the gym. Any suggestions??
