This time next week, I’ll be at the airport with my girlfriends waiting to board our flight to Las Vegas! I’m so excited! We are going to Vegas for the Arbonne GTC. I can’t wait to see all of the new products being launched and learning some new share tactics. What I’m MOST excited about, besides girl time, is seeing RACHEL HOLLIS!!! I’m totally obsessed with her and cannot WAIT to listen to her live. I’m totally fan-girling!!
I’ve been to Vegas once before on a girls trip, and I broke my foot the very first day on a walk down the strip. It’s really hard to get around vegas when you can’t walk!
We’re staying at the Park MGM. Any suggestion on where to eat or things to do in our free time?? Tell me, tell me, tell me!!
Hey y’all! It’s Finally Friday!!! It’s been a busy week and I can’t wait to relax this weekend! Maybe… It’s been a rough month or two for exercise. Between hypoglycemia and my weird dizzy spells, I’d get maybe 1 workout in a week and sometimes none. I decided this week to push through and I’ve done doubles all week. I didn’t mean to start that, but it’s been so nice here that I’ve been taking lunchtime walks and then evening walks with hubs. This is what my week looked like, how did you move your body??
Monday: Lunchtime walk and evening walk with Aaron. Total 4.58 miles
Tuesday: Lunchtime walk 2.98 miles and evening walk 1.5 miles
Wednesday: Lunchtime walk 1.7 miles with a huge hill and evening walk 2.2 miles
Thursday: Lunchtime Cardio at YMCA and 5:30pm Body Pump
Friday: YMCA after work for a mix of cardio and strength.
Saturday: 8:30am Spin and 9:45am Combat
Sunday: Outside Walk with hubs
This one is perfect for today! It’s my hubby’s birthday and he always makes me feel fabulous. I’ll definitely keep him!! Happy Birthday, my love, I hope I make YOU feel fabulous every day too!
Monday: grilled chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, green beans
Tuesday: Fend for yourself (I’m going to a concert with my niece! Will probably have half a cheesesteak)
Wednesday: meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn
Thursday: chicken tacos with rice
Friday: Maybe rotisserie chicken??
What’s in your menu this week? I need to add something new and exciting next week. Something easy for after the gym. Any suggestions??
Two years ago today, after 7 months of dating, Aaron took me to a park that was special to him and proposed to me while on a hike. I can’t believe it’s only been 2 years! We’ve had a whirlwind relationship and I would never change a thing. We met in September, engaged in March and married 8 weeks later on May 21, 2017. A cancer diagnoses pushed up our nuptials, but here we are two short years later and happier than either one of us ever thought possible.
We are that disgusting couple who can’t bare to be away from each other. We text multiple times a day just to say I love you or I miss you. We cherish every single second that we are together. I never dreamed to find a love so pure.
Happy Engagement-versary, my love.
Monday: NY strip steaks, roasted potatoes, veg
Tuesday: grilled chicken salads
Wednesday: roasted pork tacos, rice, veg
What are you eating this week?
Do you feel like giving in or giving up? Sometimes it’s so hard to work towards change; whether it be health, professional or even personal. Don’t give up!! It’s ok to fail. Pick yourself back up, dust yourself off and start again. You’ve got this!!
